Odiham Education Charity Formation And Purpose

Odiham Education Charity was created in 1999 as a separate charity to regularise the relationship between Odiham Consolidated Charities and Robert May’s School.

Hampshire County Council provided the capital. This represented the cost of the flat in the former Robert May’s School. The interest from the capital is devoted to ‘the provision of items, services and facilities for the school’.

Odiham Education Charity also took over the appointment of the foundation governors from Odiham Consolidated Charities.
