Local Low Cost Housing

Odiham Consolidated Charities ( OCC ) owns six houses in North Warnborough at Bufton Field which are provided as affordable housing under shorthold rentals. This initiative has been driven by an awareness that there is a demand from younger people who are unable to afford to rent or buy in the Parish of Odiham.

The houses comprise one three bedroom house, three two bedroom houses and two one bedroom houses. Each has a small garden and parking provision.

OCC’s target audience for these houses is younger people in employment, in good health who have been resident in the Odiham area for at least five years.
